- What is the turnaround time?
- Orders arrive in 5-8 business days (3-day production, 2-5 day shipping). Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- Our standard online shop sells 9-magnet packs. Bulk event orders start at 50 magnets. Live wedding services have a 100-guest minimum.
- Do you offer custom sizes or shapes?
- Our standard size is 2"x2", which fits perfectly on any fridge. Custom sizes are available for bulk orders — reach out through our consultation page for details.
