How the Experience Works
We Arrive & Set Up
Our team arrives 1 hour before the event and sets up our fully equipped magnet-making station at your venue. We can accommodate venues with limited power availability — contact us about your specific setup.
Guests Scan the QR Code
Each table or station has a QR code. Guests scan it with their phone and submit any photo — from the photo booth, the dance floor, or their camera roll.
We Make the Magnets
We print, cut, and assemble each 2×2-inch custom magnet on-site. Guests typically receive theirs within 5–10 minutes of submitting.

We serve weddings within approximately a 4-hour drive of Charlotte, NC. This covers all of North Carolina and South Carolina, plus reachable parts of Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. For venues further out, reach out — we consider destination bookings case-by-case.

Travel Fee
$1.50 / mile
Applies to events outside a 35-mile radius from Charlotte, NC.
The travel fee covers fuel, driver time, and equipment transport. For venues within 35 miles of uptown Charlotte, no travel fee applies.

Backdrop Rental
Elevate your guest photos with a rental backdrop at your magnet station. Choose from clean solid-color backdrops or a faux boxwood greenery wall. Great for cohesive guest photos and an even more memorable keepsake. Custom-printed backdrops not currently offered.
Serving Couples Across the Carolinas
Based in Charlotte, we travel to weddings throughout NC and SC. Travel fee of $1.50/mile applies beyond 35 miles from Charlotte.

- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date, especially for spring and fall weekends. Reach out as early as possible to confirm availability.
- What do guests need to participate?
- Just a smartphone. Guests scan the QR code, pick a photo from their phone, and we handle everything else.
- How many magnets can you make?
- Standard packages include 3 per person. For 100 guests, that’s up to 300 magnets over 3 hours. We can accommodate larger events with additional equipment — ask us.
- Do you travel outside the Carolinas?
- Yes, for the right event. Travel is quoted at $1.50/mile from Charlotte. Contact us for destination weddings.
