How It Works
From Upload to Your Door
Production
Once you place your order, we begin production within 1 business day. Every magnet is printed, cut, and hand-packaged at our Charlotte studio. Standard production takes 2–3 business days.
Shipping
Orders ship USPS First-Class or Priority Mail from Charlotte, NC. Transit time typically runs 2–5 business days within the US, with most orders arriving within 5–8 business days of ordering.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order end-to-end from our shipping partner right up to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions
- When will my order ship?
- Standard orders ship 2–3 business days after you place them. Rush orders ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.
- How do I track my order?
- After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s progress directly on usps.com or through the carrier’s mobile app.
- Do you offer expedited turnaround for bulk orders?
- Yes. For bulk orders of 50–499 magnets, expedited 3–5 day turnaround is available for +$1/magnet. For orders of 500+, expedited timing is quoted on request. Standard bulk orders follow our normal 5–8 business day timeline (3-day production, 2–5 day shipping).
- What if my order is damaged or lost?
- We stand behind every magnet we make. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@befridgeworthy.com with a photo and your order number within 14 days. We’ll reprint and reship at no cost. For lost packages, we’ll file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes?
- Yes. We ship via USPS, which delivers to PO Boxes.
- Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@befridgeworthy.com with your order number and new address. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.
- Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
- Yes. Our flat $6.24 shipping rate applies to Alaska and Hawaii too. Transit time is typically 2–3 business days longer than the lower 48.
