Satisfaction Guarantee
Because every FridgeWorthy order is made-to-order from your photos, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. But if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
What's covered
- Magnets that arrive damaged or defective (printing errors, magnet not adhering, visible quality issues)
- Orders we fulfilled incorrectly (wrong photos, wrong quantity, missing NFC tags when ordered)
- NFC tags that fail to play your audio
How we make it right
Our default is to rework or reprintyour order at no cost. We find this resolves nearly every issue and gets you the product you wanted. In rare cases where a reprint isn't possible, we'll issue a refund.
What's not covered
- Photo quality issues from the uploaded source — blurry photos, low resolution, bad lighting. We print exactly what you upload.
- Cropping decisions you made during ordering
- Change of mind after production has started
