We Confirm Availability

Anthony responds within 24 hours with date confirmation, package walkthrough, and any questions specific to your venue.

Sign & Lock It In

Once we’ve aligned on the details, you’ll receive a service agreement and a 50% deposit invoice. The date is yours once both are complete.

We Show Up & Make Magic

Final 50% is due 4 weeks before the event. We arrive, set up, run the station, and make sure every guest leaves with a keepsake.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date, especially for spring and fall weekends. Earlier is always better — peak dates fill up fast.
What’s the difference between Standard and NFC Experience?
Standard ($15/guest) includes 3 hours of live service, 3 magnets per guest, full setup and breakdown, and custom branded design bands. NFC Experience ($25/guest) adds optional NFC chips to guests’ magnets — tap the magnet to a phone to replay a voice message, video, or link. Guests choose whether to add NFC to theirs.
Can I add to a Standard package later?
Yes. Add-ons like extended service hours, additional magnets per guest, and backdrop rentals can be added up until 30 days before your event. We price them based on volume and duration.
Do you travel outside the Carolinas?
Yes, for the right event. Travel is quoted at $1.50/mile beyond 35 miles from Charlotte. Reach out for destination weddings.
What if my date isn’t available?
We’ll let you know within 24 hours. If we’re booked, we can recommend trusted peers in the wedding vendor community, or discuss a rescheduled date if you have flexibility.
